USA RETURNS

We offer returns on all USA orders unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Any brand new product can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in unused condition. Venice Design will charge 20% restocking fee on all orders.

Any product deemed to be in used condition will not be refunded and buyer must pay for shipping for product to be returned plus all shipping cost associated with the product. By purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge these terms and accept them by purchasing.

A refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed and then issued accordingly after we receive and inspect the item(s).

Not all items will be eligible for refunds. It will be clearly stated on the product page.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All sales are final for international customers.
