STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
USPS PRIORITY MAIL (2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS)
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Sometimes delays may occur but you will be emailed in such scenario.
All orders placed after Friday at 5:00pm EST will ship the following Monday.
USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL (5 TO 20 BUSINESS DAYS)
DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE (3 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS)
For USPS shipments, tracking may not be available once your package leaves the US.
VAT, Taxes, and Duties are applied to shipments received from the US in some countries. Although we try to provide you with the best shipping experience on all International orders, Venice Design® is not responsible for fees or taxes applied by your government.
Venice Design® is not responsible for any packages lost in-transit once it departs the US. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to high demand your Venice Design product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Venice Design offers a one-year warranty for all of its products. We will replace your order if it becomes defective within one year. The warranty includes any manufacturing defects. The warranty does NOT cover the wear and tear of the leather or vegan leather. Leather and Vegan Leather will naturally age with wear and time. The warranty also does NOT cover product issues due to wear and tear or abuse. The warranty will not cover shipping to our Quality Control department. If your product is deemed to be defective from Quality Control we will send you a replacement free of charge. The warranty for your replacement product will only be calculated from the time of your original purchase. For example, if you purchased your item on January 1, 2020 and you receive a replacement on on October 1, 2020 then we will only cover your product until January 1, 2021. If your product is deemed to be not working from natural wear and tear or abuse, we will give you the option to purchase shipping and have the product returned. If not, we will discard your product.
We do ask that you mail the damaged product to allow our Quality Control department to take a close look at the issue in order to keep improving our products. The quality of our products, as well as customer satisfaction, is extremely important to us. Similarly, we ask our customers to keep in mind Venice Design® will not replace any product after 1 year from the date the order was placed.
